On Tuesday we got a driver to take us around and he took us to this place where they make tequila. We saw each step in the process and then got to taste test all the different kinds they make there. It was a fun experience! Clay and I even brought home this coffee tequila that is fabulous with a splash of half and half over ice! YUM!

Agave plants - they only harvest them every 7-10 years!
The tequila comes out of what they call the "coconut" which is under the ground.

All the different kinds. This guy was hilarious!
